The Homestead’s Master Chef, John Piombo, has taken over kitchen operations at Arnie’s with new hours of operation, a new menu, and a special Sunday Golf-scramble supper for resort guests and club members.

Manitou Passage Golf Club is an Arnold Palmer Signature Course with a clubhouse restaurant that would make “The King” proud.

Guests and club members will now enjoy an all-new Arnie’s Grill menu created by The Homestead’s longtime executive chef, John Piombo, who says he aims to raise the bar in great food and beverage options this season.

“We understand that consistency was lacking in the past at Arnie’s Grill,” he adds. “But that’s changed now, starting regular hours of operations and an improved menu of food and drinks across the board.”

Now with an improved grill-house menu, the kitchen is now open from 11 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week.

“We’re also excited to announce a weekly ‘social dinner’ for golfers,” he says. Every Sunday, starting the third week in June, members and guests are invited to play in a nine-hole, shotgun scramble starting at 5:30 PM that also includes dinner. “The dinner option changes every week. This is an exclusive event for resort guests and club members. Everybody comes off the course at the same to enjoy cocktails and meal together.”
